A gentle giant behind the stick at Verve. Taught many the craft of cocktails throughout his work in the industry. He is thought of daily and missed by many.
The truest gentleman behind the stick at Verve. He came to us from New Brunswick's Old Bay and was known for creating the craft beer presence in bars in the 80s. He steered the direction of Verve skyward when the seas were rough and tumbling. He will always be missed, but you can always see his smiling face in his picture behind our landmark bar.
Jack of all trades and master of most. Another true artist of Verve. Besides waiting and bartending at Verve, he designed and helped to create our lounge as it is currently envisioned. The purple floor is in remembrance of him, for he loved the royal color purple.
